Privacy and retention
Uploaded scores are temporary processing inputs. Original PDFs and working files are deleted after rejection, cancellation, failure, or successful processing. Generated downloads are temporary and currently expire after 24 hours.
NoteBridge creates playback through automated music recognition. Results depend on source quality and score complexity and may not reproduce every note, rhythm, marking, repeat, or layout detail.
Quality rejection consumes nothing. Paid credits are reserved before processing, spent once after success, and released after failure or eligible cancellation.
Users are responsible for supplying a lawful, complete and readable score and for listening to the generated playback before relying on it. NoteBridge does not guarantee an exact professional transcription.

Production documents still require counsel.
These summaries are not a substitute for the final binding documents. Before commercial launch, qualified counsel should review the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Copyright and Upload Policy, Billing and Cancellation Terms, Refund Policy, EULA, File-Retention Policy, and automated-recognition limitations.
