Frequently asked questions
What to know before you convert.
Can NoteBridge make an MP3 from sheet music?
Yes. A successful recognition job can produce MP3 and WAV playback in addition to MusicXML and MIDI.
Do I need to upload an audio recording?
No. NoteBridge starts from sheet-music notation in a PDF. It recognizes the score and then renders playback from the recognized musical information.
Can I choose the instrument I hear?
Yes. The workflow includes a playback-instrument selection from NoteBridge's growing catalog of keyboard, string, wind, brass, percussion, guitar, and vocal sounds.
Are my uploaded scores kept permanently?
No. NoteBridge is designed around temporary original and processing files. Account and conversion records needed to operate the service remain, while source files are deleted after terminal job handling.
